This comprehensive multi-nutrient blend contains vitamins, minerals, and trace elements important for a healthy nervous system, immune function, antioxidant defences and normal growth and development. This product contains folate in two forms: folinic acid (calcium folinate) and L-5-MTHF, the the predominant form of folate in circulation. Vitamin B12 is provided in both coenzyme forms, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, for energy and metabolism support.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or lunch, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and nutrients taken separately or sprinkled into food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
