EU withdrawal form according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83). Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to submit a withdrawal. 

Exclusions apply -

• Opened or used items are not eligible for withdrawal 
• Devices such as PEMF with the security seal removed are not eligible for hygiene reasons
• Refrigeration items are perishable and not eligible for return  

We cannot cancel orders already in transit, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, if you refuse the delivery the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, this can be higher than if you arrange the return shipping yourself.
