Shipping Options

We use the following methods below to ship our orders:

DHL - Track Orders at https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking.html

DPD - Track orders at https://www.dpd.ie/tracking

GLS - tracking is through Fastway NI https://www.fastwayni.co.uk/courier-services/track-your-parcel/

Orders placed before 1pm GMT are shipped the same day (Mon - Fri), however couriers may collect early so we recommend ordering before 12.30pm 

Unfortunately Fastway ROI have went into receivership (29/10/25) Fastway NI are a separate company that have not closed they now use GLS as their delivery partner

Currently we only ship to EU Countries for other countries please visit www.proactivehealthcare.co.uk  

 

Shipping Cost

We offer free delivery on all Ireland orders over €125. If you cannot find your country in the options list please contact us for a shipping cost. Please note that all items are subject to availability and while we make every effort to ensure your item is in stock, there may be rare occasions when we will be unable to process your order in the normal time scale. In this unlikely event, we will contact you to advise the estimated delivery date and should this be unacceptable, we will be happy to issue a refund for you. Delivery times are estimates and the postal delivery system is out of our control. We will only offer postage/item refunds after the courier/delivery company that your item was sent with confirms that it is lost.

Late delivery items are compensated only if compensation is eligible from the delivery company.
