Suggested use is 1 stick in a glass of water.
As needed, add 1 stick to a glass or water bottle. Fill with 8oz of filtered water. For best results, sip, hold, then swallow. Do not take within 2 hours of bedtime. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
