The Migraine Relief Patch from PatchAid has a range of ingredients to support migraine relief in many ways. For example, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) may support healthier metabolism among brain cells, and magnesium may allow for improved muscle relaxation. Ashwagandha is another relaxation-promoting ingredient. Butterbur and feverfew are taken to prevent migraines, and Coenzyme Q10 is taken to reduce the frequency of headaches.
The Migraine Relief Patch from PatchAid:

To Use:
- Select an area of skin. The patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residues such as your shoulder, back, or hip. Clean and dry the skin.
- Remove the patch from the release liner.
- Adhere the patch to your skin, pressing firmly.
- For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchAid patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit of wearing the patch longer than 8 hours.
- When finished, remove the patch, fold it in half, and discard.
- Repeat with a new patch the next day.
It is ok to wear multiple PatchAid patches at a time.

We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Fastway, DPD and DHL. We do our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same day (Mon-Fri), on rare occasions a driver may arrive earlier
Ireland delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above €125, this option usually requires 1-2 working days. If your order is over €75 this option is €4.95 and under €75 is €8.80
Next working day Ireland
Most of our Ireland couriers aim to deliver next day but none of them guarantee it, it is best to choose the option you may have found most reliable in the past
Rest of EU
Other EU deliveries can take 4-7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
