SUGGESTED USE
SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. Add 1 teaspoon (approximately 80 drops) to a large glass of juice, sports drink, or other beverage before, during, or after strenuous activity to help maintain healthy electrolyte levels in the body for improved performance and fewer muscle cramps.† Can also be used to help prevent night muscle cramps.† Store at room temperature. Some crystallization may occur, but will not affect the quality or integrity of the product.

We do our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same day (Mon-Fri), on rare occasions a driver may arrive earlier. Our warehouse is in County Antrim, all parcels ship from there, there are no additional duties and taxes to pay to EU countries
Ireland delivery - free standard delivery on orders above €125
The options for Ireland delivery are GLS, DHL and DPD. Prices start at €8.86, if your order is over €75 we offer GLS for €4.99 and over €125 this service is Free. DHL and DPD are dependent on weight and rates are calculated at checkout. Due to a high volume of lost parcels we no longer offer AnPost as an option

Most of our Ireland couriers aim to deliver next day but none of them guarantee it, it is best to choose the option you may have found most reliable in the past

Other EU deliveries can take 4-7 working days, and on rare occasions a little longer. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
