Histamine Nutrients is a synergistic blend of nutrients designed to support the normal breakdown of histamine through multiple enzymatic processes, as well as neutralizing the toxic by-products of histamine, using key nutrients:
DAO - Contains 5,000 HDU of a patented DAO, a major enzyme responsible for breaking down histamine
Copper - A nutrient cofactor for the DAO enzyme
SAMe - A nutrient cofactor for the HNMT enzyme, another major enzyme involved in histamine breakdown
Alpha Keto-Glutarate - Supports the normal breakdown of ammonia, which is a toxic by product of histamine metabolism
Riboflavin - A nutrient cofactor for the MAOA and MAOB enzymes, which aid in neutralizing histamine toxic by-products
Zinc and Vitamin B3 - Nutrient cofactors for the ALDH enzyme family, which help to break down acetaldehyde, a toxic by-product of histamine metabolism

Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods, or use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Avoid if allergic to pork or any other ingredient. Histamine Block is NOT EFFECTIVE for symptoms of immune-related food allergies, such as peanuts, shellfish, etc., or for gluten intolerance due to sensitivity or celiac disease. DAO is not absorbed and does not have systemic activity.

We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are, GLS (In partnership with OMC NI), DPD and DHL. We do our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same day (Mon-Fri), on rare occasions a driver may arrive earlier. Our warehouse is in County Antrim, all parcels ship from there, there are no additional duties and taxes to pay to EU countries
Ireland delivery - free standard delivery on orders above €125
The options for Ireland delivery are GLS, DHL and DPD. Prices start at €8.86, if your order is over €75 we offer GLS for €4.99 and over €125 this service is Free. DHL and DPD are dependent on weight and rates are calculated at checkout. Due to a high volume of lost parcels we no longer offer AnPost as an option
Next working day Ireland
Most of our Ireland couriers aim to deliver next day but none of them guarantee it, it is best to choose the option you may have found most reliable in the past
Rest of EU
Other EU deliveries can take 4-7 working days, and on rare occasions a little longer. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
