We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Fastway, DPD and DHL. We do our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same day (Mon-Fri), on rare occasions a driver may arrive earlier
Ireland delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above €125, this option usually requires 1-2 working days. If your order is over €75 this option is €4.95 and under €75 is €8.80
Next working day Ireland
Most of our Ireland couriers aim to deliver next day but none of them guarantee it, it is best to choose the option you may have found most reliable in the past
Rest of EU
Other EU deliveries can take 4-7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
