Prebiotics are non-digestible fibres that feed the bacteria living in your gut. However, most prebiotics on the market can feed both harmful and beneficial gut bacteria, which can exacerbate digestive issues. Keystone bacteria like bacterium prausnitzii, and Bifidobacteria are very important for human health, but their populations can be easily diminished by antibiotics, stress, diet, glyphosate, and other environmental toxins.
Shipping
We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are, GLS (In partnership with Fastway NI), DPD and DHL. We do our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same day (Mon-Fri), on rare occasions a driver may arrive earlier. Our warehouse is in County Antrim, all parcels ship from there, there are no additional duties and taxes to pay to EU countries
Ireland delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above €125, this option usually requires 2 working days. These parcels are collected by Fastway NI and delivered to you by GLS Ireland - Fastway NI are a different comapny to Fastway ROI
Next working day Ireland
Most of our Ireland couriers aim to deliver next day but none of them guarantee it, it is best to choose the option you may have found most reliable in the past

Other EU deliveries can take 4-7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.ie with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
